Kolan (World) Synopsis
Kolan is a pre-agricultural, moderate population garden world with over a hundred million, but not yet at a billion sophonts in population size.
- Garden worlds are known for their near-ideal utopian environments conducive to most sophonts, plants, animals, and other forms of life.
- It is a pre-agricultural world with an environment suitable for large scale agricultural and livestock industries that have not yet been widely developed.
- Its economy and population are growing and living conditions are expected to gradually rise barring outside forces.
- It is a member of the Megusard Corporate in the Farina Subsector of Gateway Sector.
- This world has a Research Station facility.
Description
A small, hot world known for its thick jungles and mist-shrouded, usually overcast skies.
- A genetics research company, Ralton Farina, has its headquarters and research laboratories here.
History & Background (Dossier)
The world is also known as the reputed hideout for numerous mercenary bases and refugee camps involved in covert operations against the K'kree occupiers of the Renkard Union. These forces are collectively known as Force Bravo.
