- Alternate orthography: Khoellighz Sector.

History & Background (Dossier)
Similar to laws found in Geology, (Law of Original Horizontality, Cross-cutting Relationships and Superposition), Knoellighz Sector was surveyed and settled after Spinward Itvikiastaf, Trailing Dhuerorrg and Rimward Gvurrdon Sectors as a meeting of two Major Races, the Vargr and the Zhodani.
- The Democracy of Greats entered Knoellighz from Trailing while the Zhodani Consulate occupied, in uniform motion, the two Spinward-Rimward subsectors.
- Roughly the same time and at different rates of annexation, the Ascendancy Pact, Infinity League, and Oculus Alignment entered from Rimward, (though the Oculus Alignment actually arrived first of the three and was stunted by poor world choice.).
- All polities and non-aligned worlds share a tendency for coreward expansion though at vastly different rates.

Historical Eras
General Overview: The majority of Vargr in Knoellighz Sector are Gvegh in ethnicity and language. Visitors from Trailing are generally Logaksu and there are occasional visits from Rimward Aekhu.
History-Era: Mileu 1100
1119: The Empress Wave begins sweeping into the Coreward border of the Sector. Many Vargr Psions and those merely trained in psionics are caught unawares and without adequate protection from what the Zhodani termed "Yonder Chilling Thought". In comparison, the Vargr of this sector recover more quickly than their Zhodani neighbors from the phenomenal effects of the Wave. Most Vargr Psions go unmissed by their home worlds, clusters or polities, perhaps due to Vargr mercurial behaviors.

Politics & Diplomacy (Interstellar Relations)
The two great powers of this astrographic region are the Vargr and Zhodani. While the Zhodani are unified and stand strongly together, the Vargr Extents are anything but... And wild west of squabbling factions, disparate cultures, and pure anarchical freedom.
