Kikaduum has both an unbreathably thin atmosphere and a lack of surface water making habitation by sophonts difficult. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Ushra Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Kikaduum, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Khuuruum Ki.

Kikaduum is a member of the Dagudashaag Main.

Kikaduum is famed for its gas trade. Large underground caverns are filled with a multitude of exotic gases found naturally nowhere else. Unfortunately this has meant that the surface of the planet can be extremely volatile and sudden and violent explosions the norm.

History and background

Due to the rampant explosions on the planet's surface, the colonists must live on a gigantic sky-city held aloft by grav generators. Mining is also done by means of grav-powered platforms which float above the sites extracting and refining the gases.
