Kediiga is a world suited to becoming an agricultural world, but with a population between 10,000 and 100,000 sophonts, but lacks the capability to produce or process sufficient resources to export its projected agricultural produce. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Pact Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Kediiga, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of an Imperial knight and a baronet. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. During the Long Night this world was named Uugur.

History and background

Although the planet primarily deals in Groat ranching, Kediiga is best known for its Redleaf plant. Yana, a highly addictive drug, can be extracted from the leaves. It is illegal to possess, own or trade in Yana, but Redleaf plants themselves are exported as an exotic decoration. The complex laws surrounding the whole subject have driven at least one well-known lawyer to join a secluded religious community.
