The K'Thunk class Raider Tender is a raiding warship.
- It is a paramilitary ship and a Raider Tender.
Description (Specifications)
This vessel is a 100 ton light raider, a large non-smallcraft shuttle with 1G performance. It was build before FTL tech existed and is not equipped with a jump drive. It is a TL-8 platform. It carries a fuel tank with 1.0 ton of fuel. It's fission reactor produces 1 EP with an Agility of 0. The craft is considered antiquated and obsolete by contemporary Charted Space standards, but a locally produced craft has its own advantages.
It is armed with a triple pulse laser turret. It's reactor produces energy to fire the laser mount liberally.
It can carry two light craft in its cargo bay: Craft:
- x1 6T Light Fighter
- x1 8T Assault Lander
It carries a crew of eight, three officers and 5 enlisted. An additional four marines crew the lander. It can carry an additional 5.0 tons of cargo, typically fuel bladders and munitions.
