Description (Specifications)
Ships are reliable and built to last. They are built to be easy to repair and damage control is factored into most engineering trade offs. Crew comfort is a low priority among the stoic warriors from this culture. These are heavily armored ships of war and not imperial pleasure yachts.
Goals (Mission)
Patrol aggressively during times of peace and rebuild when the enemy gives you time. Spy and gather data for the next offensive. Maintain stability in the region, and keep an eye on the neighbors. Probe for weaknesses and be patient while waiting to strike when the time is right.
Strategy & Doctrine (Operations)
The ultimate goal of sword world planners is to focus overwhelming power at the weakest point in the enemy defenses and grab as much territory, resources, or cause as much damage as possible, as quickly as possible before enemy reinforcements can react. Long term siege and gradual advances are to be avoided at all costs. By pass enemy strongholds and strike the most vulnerable layers of their rear echelon.
