Ishler is a low-population vacuum world, with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts in population size, warranting hazardous environment precautions.
- Life in a vacuum requires great discipline. After all, it only takes one forgotten seal on a vacuum suit to spell death. Those who survive tend to be very methodically-minded and attentive to small detail.
- It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Sandazar Subsector of Course Sector.

The primary is Relaian, a tiny dwarf star. It has a luminosity of 0.00003 Sols, a mass of 1.11 Sols, and a diameter of 8,350 km. (I-I) a vacuum worldlet, (I-II) a vacuum worldlet, (II-I) an exotic atmosphere radworld, (II-II) a vacuum worldlet, (III) Ishler, designated the mainworld, and (IV) a vacuum worldlet form the outer system. Ishler has a diameter of 1,403 km, a density of 4.11 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.08 G. The world is geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Vacuum. Approximately 3% of the surface is covered in pockets of water ice. Mean surface temperature: -139°C.
