• It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Sena Subsector of Halcyon Sector.

Noviru-Iplar System

The primary is Noviru, a dim red subdwarf star. It has a luminosity of 0.00006 Sols, a mass of 0.058 Sols, and a diameter of 73,700 km. (I) a vacuum worldlet, (II) Iplar, designated the mainworld, (III) a trace atmosphere iceworld, and (IV) a vacuum worldlet form the outer system. Most of the worlds retain satellites.

(II) Iplar is designated the mainworld. It orbits Noviru at a mean distance of 0.36 AU (53.8 million km), within the outer system. It has an orbital period of 327 days 14 hours and a rotation period of 38 hours. The axial tilt is 7 degrees. Iplar has a diameter of 4,696 km, a density of 4.22 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.28 G. The world is geologically inert. Its atmosphere is rated as Vacuum. Approximately 16% of the surface is covered in a crust of water-ice. Mean surface temperature: -78°C.

Iplar retains a single natural satellite, a vacuum worldlet named Ishima:
