Infrastructure is the established technical structures that support exploitation of resources.

• Infrastructure includes roads, power grids, communications, and factories among other possibilities.

• Life Support (provision of breathable atmospheric gases, comfortable levels of heating and lighting, adequate water, environmental management).
• Waste management (including sewer and fluid drainage networks, recycling systems, reclamation and salvage yards, and dumps).
