Impersonal – Bureaucratic organizations treat all employees equally. They also treat all customers equally and do not allow individual differences to influence them. Employment-based on Technical Qualifications – Selection as well as the promotion of employees is based on technical qualifications and skills.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

It consists of government by agencies which are insulated from the governed. They do not allow feelings on a matter or about a person to sway the outcome of decisions.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

On Terra, this developed in the 18th century as a French philosophy and was posed by sociologist Max Weber, who grew up during the period of industrialization.

  • Created to address the large scale businesses and governments associated with large populations and industrialized or industrializing nations/worlds.
