History and background
Imau grew in importance as a result of the Vilani Pacification Campaign. The current population of 570 are all the permanent naval staff at the base although at any particular moment there is probably between two and four times that number on board visiting ships.
Imperial High / Landed Nobility
TBD, as a member world of the Third Imperium has a member of the Imperial Nobility overseeing the world.
World Starport
TBD has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Technology Level
TBD possesses a Technology Level of TL–0.
- These worlds often contain a Proto-Sophont species beginning to establish a nascent civilization and society.
- This world is in its Alpha Period and has not yet been interfered with by a higher technology civilization.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Bodily communicative apparati, courier-runners, and smoke signals.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Bodily muscle.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Bodily locomotion, riding beasts, and litters or sedan chairs.
- Water: Swimming, rafts, and canoes.
- Air: Typically not available unless a bodily ability.
World Government
TBD has no central government for the world, an Anarchy. The largest governmental structure would be a family, tribe, or single clan. The largest group will be between 50 and 100 individuals, and there may be dozens to hundreds of them. This governmental structure can be stable over long periods of time if the population remains small or geographically separated.
Milieu 0
Guuki is a low population world and a member of the Guukian Federation. The Guukian Federation is a psioniphillic pocket empire that includes the nine worlds arranged in a triangular cluster between Guuki, Uddiki, and Sirsur. This normally peaceful, early-interstellar pocket empire is being invaded by the Kimalad Empire. Currently lacking the technology to carry the war back to Kimalad, they have been forced to fight in their own space, attempting to repel the invaders.
