However, while the Vilani certainly conquered the area, those early Vilani conquerors were kinder than most and left behind a legacy of positive institutions that survives to this day.
- The Suerrat eventually took to being a subordinate polity within larger interstellar empires and developed their own government within larger governments, which has now been a successful practice for several millennia. The Suerrat now thrive and their merchants range the lengths of the Imperium, and all in spite of a generalized prejudice against what many mainstream humans feel is an atavistic appearance.
