A relatively high-technology subsector - there are five systems at TL–15. The area is predominantly industrial, and is an agricultural desert, as there are only two agricultural worlds within the borders of the Duchy.
This subsector is also fairly heavily Vilani in sympathy, and it is in this region that much of the opposition to Sector Duchess Karyn Viisarikaa's policies of economic deregulation has been encountered.
