Description (Specifications)[edit]
The von Ritterburgs are an Imperial noble family from Lagash (Solomani Rim 2121). They claim aristocratic ancestry as far back as the Rule of Man. During the Solomani period the family remained loyal to the Imperium, even after the Emperor Paulo I allowed their titles to lapse in 742.
After the Solomani Rim War the family honors were restored, and when the first post-war Duke of Sol died without heir in 1033, the von Ritterburgs were elevated to ducal status.
Mazun Tomas von Ritterburg is the current Duke of Sol, making him the subsector duke of Sol Subsector.
