Hefry is a vacuum world, with a complete lack of atmosphere. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Regina Subsector of Spinward Marches Sector and in the Domain of Deneb. Hefry, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel.

Hefry is a member of the Spinward Main. It is part of the Regina Cluster.

Hefry seems to have once had a trace oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere, which has left strange rock formations that the ICO is promoting as a tourist attraction

History & Background (Dossier)

The settlement on Hefry owes its existence to the big Scout base there and is heavily dependent on the business it brings. The base houses the Scouts' district administrative headquarters for the entire Regina subsector and is a hive of activity.

Hefry is an imperial "land grab" world that is being settled by the Imperial Colonial Office to ensure the Imperial border with Ruie (Spinward Marches 1809).
