Harlequin, subsector D of Solomani Rim contains 33 worlds with an estimated population of 148 billion, a per capita income of Cr10,478, and a total economy is BCr1,550,780. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr39,105 through 32 starports (15 Class A, 8 Class B, 7 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 5,271,445 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, five Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Harlequin maintain two Naval bases, two Scout bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 15 at Aosta (Solomani Rim 2902) and Karpaty (Solomani Rim 3001).
