System Data

The primary is an unnamed ordinary orange main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 0.064 Sols, a mass of 0.5376 Sols, and a diameter of 778,000 km. (I) Guvat orbits within the habitable zone and is designated the mainworld. (II) an exotic atmosphere bigworld, (III) a sparse stony planetoid belt, (IV) a ringed large gas giant, (V) a large gas giant, (VI) a small gas giant, and (VII) a trace atmosphere iceworld form the outer system. Many of the worlds retain satellites.

Mainworld Data

(I) Guvat

(I) Guvat is designated the mainworld. It orbits the primary at a mean distance of 0.18 AU (26.9 million km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of 38 days 1 hour: it is tidally locked to the primary. The axial tilt is 7 degrees. Guvat has a diameter of 7,847 km, a density of 5.13 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.57 G. Tidal stresses generated by the gravitational pull of the primary cause regular geological activity. Its atmosphere is rated as Standard, with a mean surface pressure of 0.95 bar and a composition of 79% nitrogen (N2), 20% oxygen (O2), and 1% argon (Ar), water vapor (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), neon (Ne) and other trace gases. Approximately 47% of the surface is covered in seas of liquid water: average tidal ranges exceed 0.3m. Mean surface temperature: 28°C. The atmosphere is active and strong weather systems driven by the star and the seas work across the globe. The climate is static.

Mainworld Geography and Topography

Total surface area: 193 million km², Land surface area: 102 million km², Water surface area: 91 million km².

Native Lifeforms

Guvat, the mainworld, has extensive, abundant native life, with complex organisms inhabiting every ecological niche. Their metabolic functions drive the process of atmospheric renewal.
