Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance.

At TL–10 you have a maximum of a model 4fib computer which limits naval architects to smaller hull sizes. This design carries the biggest spinal mounted particle accelerator as a ship killer, and sacrifices everything else for that decision packed in a light cruiser sized hull. This is an older design relegated to second line duty. It serves the Naval Forces of the Grand Duchy of Marlheim.
