Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance. |
The Fulda class Scout Cruiser is a warship.
- It is a military ship and a Scout Cruiser.
Description (Specifications)
Designed as a long range strike cruiser to infiltrate, annihilate key targets and retreat. Its role has evolved over time. Capable of jump 6 and 1G acceleration, armor was shed to allow the range and fuel tanks needed. It has an excellent spinal mount for its size and volumes of missile batteries. It lacks fuel purification capabilities and usually relies on fleet tankers for squadron refueling operations. It carries backup factor 9 nuclear dampers and meson screens, in the event of battle damage.
Basic Ship Characteristics
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (of ten craft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (thousands of tons) where necessary. [1]
