I've just completed the upgrade of the wiki software to Mediawiki version 1.35, the latest LTS release version. With this comes many upgrades of the versions of the extensions and skins.

Based upon my initial (offline) testing, all of the upgrades were positive, and the new and fixed functionality was useful.

I've encountered at least one problem so far with the cargo templates and will be looking for more. If you find any other problems, please poke me in some manner and I'll take a look at the issues.
