Forum:Multiple "Nobles" Categories
Nobility Organization (2017))[edit]
There are currently two Categories for Nobility, "Category:Nobility" and "Category:Imperial Nobles", that do not appear to have much differentiation. Should they be merged?
ADDENDUM: There is also a "Category:Third Imperium noble families"

I have analyzed the three categories, and moved all individual noble personages from the "Nobility" category to the "Imperial Nobles" category. This leaves "Category:Third Imperium noble families" specifically for actual articles on entire noble families, "Category:Nobility" for subjects about Nobility in general (as well as the pages dedicated to lists of Nobles for a particular world), and puts articles on individual people into the "Category:Imperial Nobles" category exclusively.

I tend to think that "Imperial Nobles" would be a subset of "Nobility", not the other way around --Ssteve (talk) 15:26, 6 February 2017 (EST)
