The Fillaslopu plant, native to Hellas (Dagudashaag 1416), is harvested for its seeds. The Fillaslopu seeds are processed to yield high quality protein meat-substitute as well as a nutrient supplement. The seeds are also eaten whole as part of salads, stews, soups and sauces.
