Executive Council

Some members of the Moot's Republican Faction have gone further than replacing the Third Imperium's hereditary monarchy in favor of an Elected Monarch. Instead, they have propsed that the new Imperial Republic have a collective leadership vested in an Executive Council composed of seven to 12 members elected by the Moot for a tenure of office lasting 10 to 30 years.

The Executive Council would be separate from the proposed Council of Ministers.
