History & Background (Dossier)
Classic Era: 1105
- Etlieejibia’ is fully claimed, staked out and enforced by the Zhodani Consulate. It is this era that the Vargr of Knoellighz Sector used the term Crystal Wall of Knoellighz as their empires brush against and test the resilience of the the border worlds.
Rebellion: 1116
- This subsector comes under fire from the Democracy of Greats having heard of Zhodani taint in the small ally polity, the Infinity League. Corsairs, Privateers and Naval units try the patience of the Consulate in this era.
Empress Wave: 1119-1159
- The feared “Yonder Chilling Thought” enters this subsector beginning in 1130 and, ignorant of the ravages of Virus, plays havoc with local Zhodani governments with some worlds suffering exodus of Nobles, leaving Proles to fend for themselves. While Nobles have priority on outbound flights from the oncoming Wave, many Intendants are left to attempt sleeping through the passage of the effects in Low Berth style vaults, hoping for the best.
Hard Times: 1120
- With the Nobles fleeing before the Empress Wave, much trade and travel erodes. Many worlds feel the effects of their needs not being met. Corsairs threaten the border as traders flee to safer harbors.
Virus Era: 1130
- The fear and madness of the Empress Wave is met by the technological apocalypse of Virus. Yet worlds that receive the quarantine protocols from Gvurrdon Sector and the greater Zhodani Consulate in league with Regency are often too far gone and must undergo recovery from technophobia brought on by the Vampire fleets’ orbital bombings.
