Eshsii is a pleasant world that started as a Vilani colony and has continued to maintain its links with that culture. The entire civilization is based on their edicts. The planet's main industries are tourism and the arts. The high law level noted here applies to the natives and not to tourists who come to see the museums and art galleries.
