Eli

"Eli" is a generic name for a sizable group of interstellar marauders found sporadically within the Tellerian Cluster of the Vanguard Reaches.

The Eli have a reputation as fierce warriors who do not give quarter.

History & Background (Dossier)

Though the location of their base is unknown, their above-average technology corsairs prey on trade throughout the Cluster. Police actions to eliminate the Eli are prohibited as an unfortunate consequence of the non-interference agreements with the Council of Worlds on Telleria.
