New Era
Khaukheairl has been, since the Collapse, a stabilising force in both the sector and the Tlaukhu, and an implicit ally of the Regency. Many of its worlds are open to contact and offworld trade. The subsector is also home to a large independent clan bloc, the Khtaearliyus, which has strong ties with the Ikhtealyo bloc, further cementing the subsector's status as an open trade center.
