History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
When the civilization aboard the Sky Raiders' worldship fractured around -4200, they settled some of their people here. They intermixed with local remnants of the Vlazhdumecta, whose trade empire had been dismantled by the Zhodani.
Crash industrial development and construction led to Doklinchi becoming a self-sufficient space-faring power; until its raiding activities attracted the ire of the Zhodani Consulate.
Population[edit]
8 billion
Languages[edit]
The local language is a variant of Vlazhdumecta with influence from Loes.
