The interdiction is enforced by the IISS. The current guard force consists of a network of warning beacons at the 100 radii line and in orbiting each of the systems two gas giants.

The IISS maintains observation and surveillance satellites which are checked regularly by Scout Ships which also serve to keep the world Triton clear of interlopers.
