Dehkaim supports a population of fewer than 10,000 sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Khandi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Dehkaim, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. During the Long Night this world was named Uumgauush. This world has also been known as Higashi.

Mainworld Data

The small but excellent starport, build in orbit in 1112, constructed from pre-fabricated parts brought from Rukhigu (Dagudashaag 1918). The port serves as base for two research teams conducting planetary surveys. There are several sites marked for initial colonization. Henagal and Ias are lobbying Ministry of Colonization for additional funding for atmospheric terraforming.

History & Background (Dossier)

This world has been claimed the Henagal and Ias states of Rukhigu (Dagudashaag 1918), looking for room to expand. Both counties are suffering from chronic overcrowding problems.

A number of other states from Rukhigu, backed by a consortium of businesses, are challenging the legality of the claims. There has been one attempted hijacking of the orbital station attributed to elements from Rukhigu.
