The Dawson Corridor is an astrographic feature located in the Daibei Sector.

Description (Specifications)

The Dawson Corridor is a trace of ten systems located in the Cruxway Subsector.

  • All ten of the trace's mainworlds are located in the Cruxway Subsector (805-111, Amoah, Chartrand, Dawson, Ilin, Karukuwisa, Maroelaboom, Rahim AKA Cyane, Whisper and Yerxa).

History & Background (Dossier)

The highest population world in the trace, with approximately three billion inhabitants is 805-111 (Cruxway Subsector, 3225). The lowest population world in the trace is Chartrand (Cruxway Subsector, 3127) with approximately two thousand inhabitants.

The trace is named for the mainworld Dawson (Cruxway Subsector, 3127). This high population mainworld, along with its high population neighbor Ilin (Cruxway Subsector, 3229) are the major economic powers of the corridor. Both worlds are major exporters of manufactured goods not only to worlds on the corridor itself, but to worlds in the neighboring White Horse Group as well.
