Concord, formerly known as Ikaakur (Anglic: Ikaakur), is subsector C of Solomani Rim Sector. Concord takes its name from the Easter Concord, a stable confederation centered on this area during the Long Night. The Easter Concord was a mutual defense union (with its capital at Easter) which grew into a trade and commerce union as well. It remained a secure bastion of civilization throughout the Long Night, being formally dissolved only upon its admission into the Third Imperium in 426.

In 1095, the two major powers on Xiwa resorted to nuclear weapons during a confrontation. Many city domes were breached and over 80% of the population died before Imperial Marines could intervene. Most of the surviving population lives in scattered small settlements far from the old cities. With its old governmental apparatus shattered, Xiwa remains under Imperial military government.

Concord, subsector C of Solomani Rim contains 25 worlds with an estimated population of 76 billion, a per capita income of Cr9,468, and a total economy is BCr721,233. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr59,138 through 25 starports (14 Class A, 6 Class B, 5 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 7,819,985 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, six Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and four Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Concord maintain two Naval bases, one Way station, and one Scout base. The average technology level is 12 (with most between 11 and 14). The highest technology level is 15 at Easter (Solomani Rim 1802) and Khiirshag (Solomani Rim 2010).

Concord, subsector C of Solomani Rim contains 35 stars and 283 identified planets; 16 monostellar systems, eight binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 21 of the 25 systems (84%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, one Garden (Ga) world, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, two Poor (Po) worlds, five Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Concord has an estimated population of 76 billion distributed across 11 High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, four Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Mudge (Solomani Rim 1710) and Estigarribia (Solomani Rim 2402). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Third Imperium

The Third Imperium has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 76 billion, a per capita income of Cr9,468, and a total economy is BCr721,233. The governments in Third Imperium maintain two Naval bases, one Way station, and one Scout base. The average technology level is 12 (with most between 11 and 14). The highest technology level is 15 at Easter (Solomani Rim 1802) and Khiirshag (Solomani Rim 2010).

The Third Imperium has an estimated population of 76 billion distributed across 11 High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, four Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Mudge (Solomani Rim 1710) and Estigarribia (Solomani Rim 2402). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

The Concord Subsector is defended by 79th Fleet.

The New Era

The Charuth Subsector (formerly Concord) has an estimated population in 1202 of approximately 18.71 billion, a decline of 77 percent its Pre-Collapse population. Its highest population is 6.41 billion at Charuth, and its highest tech level is 9 also at Charuth.
