An aquatic race resulting from the genetic manipulation of dolphins; possibly by the Ancients. They have arms and legs, and can move on land or underwater.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Chokari have good relations with the Dolphins of Foelen, though the two races live apart. They banter about their shared heritage, with the Dolphins joking that the Chokari became part Human, and so imperfect.
