Book 1 Characters and Combat was the book that launched the Classic Traveller RPG.

Description (Specifications)

Book 1 contains rules for generating individual characters, as well as the overall personal combat rules and weapons types. It is the best place for players to begin; all should generate a few characters to familiarize themselves with the system, and then proceed to generate their player characters. [1]
