The Bulwark class Fleet Tender is a carrier warship.
- It is a military ship and a Fleet Tender.
Description (Specifications)
It is a vessel with 2-G and J-2 performance with a partially streamlined dispersed structure hull. They have a dispersed structure hull which is fitted with a fuel purification refinery. They are incapable of wilderness refueling with out assistance. Their maneuver drive produce 2G acceleration and have a 1-Agility rating. They carry enough internal fuel for Jump-2 with a Jump-1 reserve. They are fitted with Jump-2 drop tanks for extended range operations. They mount a pair of Model/6 fib ship computers adjacent to the bridge with back up screens in the event of battle damage.
- It carries heavy armament and a powerful defensive suite. They are armed with 50 large missile bays, a particle accelerator bay, ten dual fusion guns, ten triple beam laser turrets, 460 triple sand caster turrets and a repulsor bay for defense.
- It ordinarily carries several subcraft and drones when needed. The primary function of this class is to transport a Nexus Warden class System Monitor and forty Nexus Onyx class Interceptors into battle in other systems as required. The monitor becomes a battle rider in the transition to Nexus Fleet Forces offensive operations. The marines have drop capsules for orbital assaults.
- It has a 753 sophont crew and 120 marines. The crew consists of 50 command, 140 engineers, 161 gunners, 82 flight, 200 service, and 120 marines. There is a low watch to replace crew losses or for extra troops.

The Nexus Bulwark Class Fleet Tenders were designed and are manufactured in the Nexus (Ha 1526) (world) system. This class is less expensive than the riders they transport. Three of these monsters form a strategic mobility reserve for naval power projection.
