Blue Island Subsector is Subsector A of Mintaka Sector. The subsector capital is at Sirosonis (Mintaka 0707), and the subsector contains one other populated world, Island View (Mintaka 0307). In the upper middle of the subsector is a separated cluster of eight worlds, the Blue Island Cluster, which gives the subsector its name. It is known as the Blue Island because none of its worlds are red-zoned, and most are blue-zoned (this indicates unused/unmanned bases).
