Banasdan, subsector H of Solomani Rim contains 28 worlds with an estimated population of 198 billion, a per capita income of Cr9,957, and a total economy is BCr1,971,622. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr29,672 through 26 starports (14 Class A, 6 Class B, 5 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 4,363,510 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, seven Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Banasdan maintain two Naval bases, one Scout base, and one Way station. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 14). The highest technology level is 15 at Banasdan (Solomani Rim 2920).

Banasdan, subsector H of Solomani Rim contains 45 stars and 301 identified planets; 12 monostellar systems, 15 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 22 of the 28 systems (78%) have native gas giants. There are four Asteroid (As) belts, no Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, five Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Banasdan has an estimated population of 198 billion distributed across eight High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, five Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population worlds are Ganesh (Solomani Rim 2518), Banasdan (Solomani Rim 2920), Mandrake (Solomani Rim 2514), and Dipuska (Solomani Rim 2513). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Third Imperium

The Third Imperium has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 198 billion, a per capita income of Cr9,957, and a total economy is BCr1,971,622. The governments in Third Imperium maintain two Naval bases, one Scout base, and one Way station. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 14). The highest technology level is 15 at Banasdan (Solomani Rim 2920).

The Third Imperium has an estimated population of 198 billion distributed across eight High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, five Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population worlds are Ganesh (Solomani Rim 2518), Banasdan (Solomani Rim 2920), Mandrake (Solomani Rim 2514), and Dipuska (Solomani Rim 2513). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Banasdan benefits from being on routes into Alpha Crucis, Old Expanses and Diaspora Sector, and also to the Vegan Autonomous Region but suffers from having several routes only accessible by jump 2 or 3 vessels.

Banasdan is noteworthy for three unusual worlds: Nisinasha, Altiplano, and Noricum.

Nisinasha is egg-shaped, distorted by tidal forces far in the past when it was much closer to its gas giant primary. Its atmosphere, however, is nearly spherical, producing near-vacuum at the ends, too-high pressure at the middle, and two habitable bands between these extremes. Easter, in the Concord Subsector is the only other such world in the Solomani Rim.

Altiplano has an atmospheric pressure which is above tolerable limits at sea level, but becomes breathable at about 2,000 meters altitude; humans inhabit the world's mountain ranges.

Noricum, because of its odd combination of low gravity and thick atmosphere, has an amazingly rich and abundant ecology of aerial lifeforms.

The Banasdan Subsector is defended by 291st Fleet.
