History & Background
Aseltine features a large starport that supports and is supported by the mining industry. Vessels approaching the port are escorted in by one of two mercenary escort vessels on retainer to the world's port authority.
The main industries within the system are Belting and Mining, which is the reason why a decent starport has been built there. The mining industry in the system is currently run by a large number of small firms, all of whom have arrived here hoping to make that big strike that will ensure their continued prosperity and well-being.
It is home to approximately 2,000 people, who have generally arrived there because of the job opportunities rather than because it is a desirable place to live. Most of the residents are typical Imperial humans, but there are small numbers of Darrians, Sword Worlders and Aslan too.
