The Armed Forces of the Corolian Jurisdicture are a military force that operates on behalf of The Last Line, a polity of the Distant Fringe.

It is an interstellar navy and fleet organization.

Each ship has a detailed description. The ship's tonnage is noted in "dTons", a contraction of Displacement Tons.

Starships within the Distant Fringe utilize DeVoss-type jump drives, limited to a performance of jump-2 (the so-called Jump-2 Barrier).

Jesel has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
