One hundred years after the start of their industrial revolution, the Anlisleans, a minor non-human race met the environmental crisis that all industrial societies face -- as nearly two billion Anlisleans poisoned their world, a quasi-religious anti-machine philosophy swept the planet.

  • The Anisleans are beleived to be extinct or, at the very least a retrogressed species that returned to atavism.
  • Of course, it's a mystery whether the remaining life forms on the world are truly the descendants of the Anlisleans or an advanced animal that resembles them...
