The 616th Imperial Army Grav Tank Regiment was a Regiment sized unit of the Imperium and was part of the Imperial Army.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
A Tank Regiment, formed to be space-mobile and available to reinforce local Ground Force Command units in an emergency.
Fully re-equipped for the Fifth Frontier War with Trepida IIA Grav Tanks, the unit was deployed in the front line during that conflict. It was later upgraded to Imperial class Heavy Grav Tank[1].
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Imperial Army[edit]
Deployed in front line during the Fifth Frontier War it saw hard-fighting against the Zhodani Consulate.
Regency Army[edit]
The 616th Imperial Army Grav Tank Regiment became the 616th Regency Army Grav Tank Regiment in 1132.
The Regiment was deployed in Mora Subsector for garrison purposes.
