It is a member of Third Imperium in the Rhylanor Subsector of Spinward Marches Sector and in the Domain of Deneb.

The Pelosians are native to 457-973. After official first contact was made late in the 1100s, it was learned that they call themselves Ebur. As this is still not well known outside of RISS until after 1205, "Pelosians" continues to be the primary name the Regency uses.
