Tharrynra Subsector is best known for the Tharrynra Main, which extends to trailing to encompass a significant portion of Shumduur subsector, and of which virtually all of the worlds in this subsector are a part.
  • A fair amount of commerce enters or traverses this subsector; the Main has extensions to Imaka, Irinkuka, Setten, Shumduur, and Zukhin subsectors, and Jump-2 ships have easy access from the Main to the Ganad Main, and to connectors leading to the Derri Main.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Tharrynra, subsector N of Fornast has 41 worlds, of which 29 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 11 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are two High population (Hi) worlds, three Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, 17 Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are two Rich (Ri) worlds versus two Industrial (In) worlds. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, six Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and seven Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are two Naval bases in the subsector, three Scout bases, and no Way stations. In Tharrynra there is one race homeworld. The Imperial nobility includes 41 Knights, six Baronets, five Barons, four Marquises, three Viscounts, two Counts, no Dukes, and one Subsector Duke. The highest population world is Nakindaa (Fornast 0934). The highest tech level is F at Grumak (Fornast 1431), Gemam (Fornast 1533), and Haney (Fornast 1537). The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 12).
