Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance.

The Yeoman class Attack Cargo Vessel is an armed starship.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

It uses a 400 tonne hull. The ship is streamlined, having a hull configuration in the shape of a broad oval, with a flattened ventral plane and an enlarged rectangular stern, featuring 2 large triangular fins. It carries a Powerplant-IX, giving the ship Jump-1 and Manoeuvre 2G. There is fuel tankage for 50.0 tonnes, giving one Jump and allowing the use of the powerplant, with around 10 tonnes as a reserve. The standard bridge has a Model/6 ship computer installed.

The ship carries two double turrets, with weapons and fire control installed.

A launch is carried in a boat garage beneath the hold. A cargo hold of 140.0 tonnes is included; this hold can be fitted up to hold cargo or troops.

The Yeoman class requires a crew of 9; commander, pilot, medic, 2 engineers, navigator, steward, and 2 gunners. There are 5 single crew cabins, 3 double crew cabins, and 10 cold capsules. This ship costs MCr101.03 and takes 14 standard months to build.
