Wypoc contains an Imperial-chartered Psionics Institute that is under military control and engages in psionics research. The facility's existence is of the utmost secrecy. The Institute was originally sited at Regina before being relocated; it retains a low level recruiting establishment as part of the Navy base at Regina.
