History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Recent raids on several of the Heptad worlds, notably Vosrin, by the Hochiken People's Assembly have brought the HPA to the brink of war with the Plavian League.

Military[edit]

Heavy orbital and ground-based defenses include aerospace interceptors, heavy missile emplacements and orbital forts. These are not intended to defeat an attacker, but to free battle units to maneuver without being too closely tied to planetary defense. The assumed attacking force is HPA raiders.
