History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Tetayask -- Dlinjrons to the Zhodani -- suffers from being one of the few worlds in this subsector that is not on the Qadre'idr Main. It is instead situated within the Iavdeiev Void.

World Starport[edit]

Tetayask has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

World Technology Level[edit]

Tetayask possesses a Technology Level of TL–14 or TL-E in Hexadecimal Notation.

  • Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Early meson communicators.
  • Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Miniature super-batteries, early collectors, and advanced fusion plants.
  • Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:

World Government[edit]

Tetayask is governed by a Charismatic Oligarchy, like a charismatic dictatorship in that a larger group has asserted their right to rule. The group will have better rules of succession and may last longer or may transition to a non-charismatic dictatorship.

World Economy[edit]

Non-Canon: A huge computer network coordinates production and distribution. Tiny farming drones move among the huge hot houses and agro domes tuned to a myriad of climates adjusted to produce optimal yields. Several varieties of grains are cultivated and processed into finished packaged products ready for distribution throughout the consulate and beyond. Functioning like a large farming cooperative; trading vessels are glad to stop by. Ship captains come here because routine maintenance and repairs are steeply discounted for those willing to commit to some "grocery runs." These trade runs are not speculative cargoes, but bulk rate contracts in massive quantities. Not very profitable, but stable work for a crew in need of some predictability, with a full cargo bay.

World Culture[edit]

Languages[edit]

  • Oynprith
    • Droyne Languages: Oynprith is a ceremonial and ritualistic language apparently universal among Droyne communities. Other languages are used in casual day-to-day affairs.
    • On this world, these other languages may include Zdetl.

Historical Data[edit]

A popular revolt against the Thought Police and the Nobility caught the rest of the subsector flat-footed, especially coming, as it did, during the Fourth Frontier War. Despite long investigation, Provincial Tavrchedl' have never been able to prove that the Imperium was involved in the revolt. Dlinjrons was declared Unabsorbed and Dangerous following the Fourth Frontier War, but is progressing nicely toward reintegration as the Imperium struggles through its Rebellion nearby. Provincial officials expect reintegration by Imperial 1141.
