Expands the UWP Population (e.g. B) and population multiplier (e.g.4) into a text summary from Population/summary.
Parameters are:
- Name = Name of the world for starting the lead paragraph
- Population = one of the Population codes. These need to match the type and order in the Population/summary. Add new ones if required.
- multiplier = Population code multiplier (first digit of the PBG code). Defaults to 1 if not known.
