Rusco Subsector is a highly militarized subsector with a moderate to backwater economy, mostly of agricultural worlds.
- The area has experienced piracy problems in the past, which is part of the reason for the high level of naval activity. It is an Imperial Fringe.
- It just borders the Ral Ranta, with whom the Third Imperium has increasingly established treaties and what will hopefully be successful, long-term trade relationships.
- Of course, it was also the Ral Ranta from which many of the pirates were operating.
