History & Background (Historical Linguistics)[edit]

Rim Anglic was born in the fertile linguistic melting pot of the Solomani Rim, a bastardized language born of conquerors, competition, and overgrown egos. Anglic struggled with English both competing for dominance on a crossroads with numerous outside influences, Aslan traders and ihatei speaking Trokh, Hivers with their HSL and Gurviotic, and the mish mosh of the Terran zoo of hypercultures. Rim Anglic was and is the bastard child of all of those influences.
